Why we call it
what we call it.

Most nutrition advice fails because it's too complicated to remember, let alone follow. We went the other direction. We compressed everything into three words.

Steak is shorthand for animal protein — all of it. Beef, chicken, fish, eggs, lamb, whatever you want. Salt is shorthand for electrolytes — sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium. Coffee is shorthand for caffeine and water — black coffee, espresso, tea, plain water.

That's the entire framework. No counting, no tracking, no meal plans. Just a name you can hold in your head that tells you everything you need to know about what to eat.

The name is a shorthand, not a restriction.

Animal protein. All of it.
