Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using steaksaltcoffee.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site is owned and operated by Little Lawless Companies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Products and Purchases

Digital products

Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable content, are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. Refunds for digital products are not available once the download link has been accessed.

Physical products

Physical products, including apparel and merchandise, are produced and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is made to order, processing times typically range from 2 to 7 business days before shipping.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of your order will be honored for that transaction.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are currently shipped to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment process. Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 12 business days from the date of order, though delays may occur due to production, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

Returns and Refunds

Because our physical products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Little Lawless Companies LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
